Refund policy

Please make video while opening the parcel. Video should be made right before opening the parcel showing 360° of the parcel including the label of the parcel till checking the product fully including their working condition too. There should be no intervals in the video.

No issue will be addressed without video proof! Please follow this strictly!

We will not be responsible for any missing product without video proof.

Duration of refund / replacement is accepted- 4 working days via the mode you choose us. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. But still, if you prefer cancellation, then charges would be 30% of your total order value. Also cancellation can be done within 6 hours once the order is placed

 

Return Policy

No returns can be accepted, if there is no issue with the product you receive.

If there is issue with the products you receive, we'll immediately refund or replace it with the product, whatever is feasible for you. If the replacement is accepted, then extra shipping charges are to be beared by the customer. Replacement order will be dispatched in next 2-3 working days after the complain is registered

 

Shipping Charges Policy

Sometimes, we might club more than 1 order of yours. Though you pay separate charges for the orders, no shipping charges would be refunded to you.
